The Structured Change IMS framework has been designed by Martin Kerr, the convenor responsible for leading the revision of ISO ISO 55001:2024 through Standards Australia and the Asset Management Council.

Martin brings decades of operational, executive, governance, and assurance experience across heavy industry, maintenance, engineering, infrastructure, and asset-intensive organisations.

Importantly, this experience extends beyond consulting.

Martin previously held the role of Integrated Management System (IMS) Manager within an ASX 200 listed organisation, where governance, operational control, assurance, and certification readiness were critical to organisational performance and stakeholder confidence.
