Fifty Shades of “Win Win”

As leaders our preference is to try and seek out Win Win outcomes for stakeholders in various situations we find ourselves in. When we consider Win Win how do we determine it? Is it what we think it is? Did we ask and/or truly consider the other side? How deep does it run? Is the Win Win short lived or is does it live on after we’ve gone?
